Duties

- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and neatly presented.
- Manage housekeeping tasks effectively, including inventory management of cleaning supplies.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Prepare rooms for guests or residents by ensuring all amenities are stocked and the environment is inviting.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests or concerns from clients.
- Assist in cooking or meal preparation as needed in residential settings.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following health and safety guidelines.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Experience in residential cleaning or custodial services preferred.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices to ensure efficient operations.
