Room Attendant Role Overview

- Offer a warm greeting to guests, making them feel recognized and valued.
- Communicate effectively with the housekeeping supervisor, signaling when rooms are immaculate and ready for new guests, and highlighting any service challenges.
- Promptly report any needed repairs or safety concerns to maintain our commitment to a flawless guest experience.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and report any incidents or security concerns immediately.
- Address guest feedback and fulfill special requests to ensure their delight with our service.
- Efficiently manage supplies, thoughtfully minimizing waste.
- Safeguard guest belongings, ensuring that any lost items are handled according to our trusted procedures.
- Work collaboratively across departments, ensuring a seamless operation and exceptional service standards.
- Participate in deep cleaning projects and other duties as part of the housekeeping team's efforts to maintain the highest level of hospitality.
