Room Attendant Role Overview

As a Room Attendant, you will be an ambassador of our commitment to outstanding service. Under the guidance of the housekeeping leadership, your attention to detail and dedication will help promote a positive image of our home away from home. You'll be a friendly face, a helping hand, and a trusted figure to our guests, capable of attending to their needs and ensuring their utmost satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide impeccable room service, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation, from making beds to sanitizing bathrooms.
• Embrace and utilize protective equipment and handle cleaning chemicals with care, adhering to hotel policies and legislative guidelines.
• Offer a warm greeting to guests, making them feel recognized and valued.
• Communicate effectively with the housekeeping supervisor, signaling when rooms are immaculate and ready for new guests, and highlighting any service challenges.
• Promptly report any needed repairs or safety concerns to maintain our commitment to a flawless guest experience.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and report any incidents or security concerns immediately.
• Address guest feedback and fulfill special requests to ensure their delight with our service.
• Efficiently manage supplies, thoughtfully minimizing waste.
• Safeguard guest belongings, ensuring that any lost items are handled according to our trusted procedures.
• Work collaboratively across departments, ensuring a seamless operation and exceptional service standards.
• Participate in deep cleaning projects and other duties as part of the housekeeping team's efforts to maintain the highest level of hospitality.
• Perform evening turndown services as needed, adding that special touch to the guest's experience.
• Take on additional tasks that help elevate the guest experience and contribute to the harmonious operation of our hotel.
