Employment Type: Full-time, 4-5 days per week (32-40 hours per week)
Work Schedule: We are looking for someone flexible to work both weekdays and weekends with open availability.

- Sunday-Thursday: 4:30 PM-11:00 PM
- Friday-Saturdays: Hours will vary; 4:30 PM-11:00 PM or 4:30 PM-3:00 AM or 10:00 PM-3:00 AM.
- Extended bar hours for weddings most weekends; second bartender arrives at 10pm.

Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction & Service
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver food/beverages promptly.
- Address guest needs, answer menu questions (including dietary/allergy concerns), and up sell to boost revenue.
- Verify IDs for alcohol service and monitor consumption per legal standards.
- Operations & Compliance
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/transactions per CSM/Marriott protocols.
- Prepare drinks (coffee, cocktails) and food (using Turbo Chef), adhering to recipes and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness: restock items, clear tables, wash dishes, and dispose of waste.
- Teamwork & Flexibility
- Assist team members, support banquet setup/breakdown for events, and complete side tasks.
- Work varied shifts (holidays, weekends) in a fast-paced environment.
- Safety & Administration
- Follow health/sanitation guidelines (CSM/Marriott, local/federal regulations).
- Complete paperwork and inventory checks and attend mandatory meetings.
- Know emergency procedures and adhere to grooming/appearance standards.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Training provided, but familiarity with TOAST systems and food service is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
