Job Description

Courtyard Early Learning Center has 16 classrooms between two locations, which provides an applicant a lot of room to learn and grow within a high quality child care center. Hired candidates are required to have great attendance and focus on the children in their care. We take care of the rest, and we treat our great teachers like gold!

Pay Tiers

We have 3 levels of Pay Tiers based on Experience:

Entry Level

• Pay ranges from $29,120 to $31,720 annually (based on working 40 hours each week) (Hourly rate would be: $14.00 to $15.25)
• This successful candidate will float from room to room for 2 - 4 weeks, while management assesses where this person serves Courtyard kiddos best.
• No experience is required.

Intermediate Level

• Pay ranges from $30,721 to $37,024 annually. (Hourly Rate would be: $15.26 to $17.80)
• This successful candidate will float from room to room for 1 - 2 weeks, while management assesses where this person serves Courtyard kiddos best.
• 2 years of Preschool experience or Associates in Early Childhood Education required. Classroom management experience is required for this level.

Senior Level

• Pay ranges from $37,025 to $45,760 annually. (Hourly Rate would be: $17.81 to $22.00)
• This successful candidate will be provided a specific classroom based on qualifications.
• 10 years of Preschool experience or a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education required. Classroom management experience is required for this level.

What does our day look like?

• 6:30 - 8:00 - Welcome Families
• 8:00 - Circle Time
• 8:30 - Breakfast
• 9:00 - 11:00 - Lessons/Centers/Outdoor Time
• 11:00 - Wash up for Lunch
• 11:30 - Lunch
• 12:15 - Prep for Nap
• 12:30 - 2:30 - Nap
• 2:30 - Wake Up/Freshen Up
• 3:00 - Snack
• 3:15 - Outdoor Time
• 3:30 - 5:30 - Play with children, have dance parties, clean them up for the end of the day pickup!
