Key Responsibilities :
- Food Preparation & Cooking : Prepare and cook a range of menu items according to hotel standards, focusing on quality and presentation.
- Order Taking & Service : Greet guests warmly, take food and drink orders, and serve them in a timely and friendly manner.
- Cleaning & Sanitation : Maintain a clean and organized bistro area, including tables, kitchen stations, and prep areas. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Inventory & Stocking : Help manage bistro supplies and inventory, restocking as needed.
- Guest Satisfaction : Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing questions or concerns and creating a welcoming dining experience.
