Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and excellent customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will ensure that our patrons receive top-notch service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning countertops.
- Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments through the POS system and handling cash register transactions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations, including checking identification for age verification.
- Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or special functions, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and ready for service.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders when applicable.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, communicating needs to management as necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with banquet service or nightclub environments is a plus.
- Experience with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register is beneficial.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members alike.

Pay: $14.50 - $21.00 per hour
