- Must be available to work 4:30pm-10:30pm Friday thru Sunday

Our friendly and attentive Evening Bistro Bartender/Server Weekend will help to brighten the day for our hotel guests in this fast-paced Bistro Caf environment.
- Greet every guest with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude
- Complete opening and closing duties (setting up, stocking, and maintaining work areas)
- Take guests orders and obtaining payment and providing correct change
- Communicate meal requirements, in regards to allergies, dietary needs, and special requests, to the kitchen
- Prepare and serve beverages (coffee drinks, cocktails, wine, and beer) in addition to serving food to our guests
- Prepare ingredients for cooking and cooking the food according to recipes
- Setting up meeting room for conferences and servicing the meeting room
What does success look like in this role?
- Must have a minimum of 1 year bartending and serving experience
- Must be available to work 4:30pm-10:30pm Friday thru Sunday
- Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
