Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man/Maintenance Technician to join our team. Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial settings, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including an ohmmeter for electrical testing and troubleshooting.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues that require attention.
- Respond promptly to service requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety standards are upheld.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects as needed.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with various hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment is essential.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry techniques is required.
- Experience using an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and team members.
