Overview :
We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Bistro Attendant to join our team! The Bistro Attendant is responsible for delivering memorable hospitality to our guests with genuine and personable connections and engaging service from the initial greeting to their departure. As a Bistro Attendant, it is your responsibility to seek to understand the guests needs while preparing perfect beverages and food in a timely manner. This individual will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.
This position will be primarily Friday and Saturday evenings.

Your role :
- Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bistro / bar area
- Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the PM bistro daily
- Be accurate in your order taking, confirming all special requests
- Inputs orders into a register at the point of sale and creates a check for each guest
- Mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks following standard ingredient recipes and practicing portion control.
- Be the master of the bistro, understanding the details to enhance the conversation
- Proficient in preparing food orders as needed
- Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.
Qualifications :
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.
Prior bartending experience preferred but not required.
Must be available nights and weekends.
