Responsibilities:
You’ll play a critical role in supervising and performing the Engineering team's daily tasks to maintain our property's functionality and safety. Your mission will be to manage operations, maintenance, and repair of our property, machinery, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, all while contributing to our unyielding commitment to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Requirements
- Prior 2 years supervisory experience in a Hilton brand or hotel environment is preferred but we’re open to training the right individual who’s eager to grow in the hospitality industry
- Previous experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, commercial kitchen, and general building construction
- Vocational training, certification, and/or apprenticeship in one or more area; state certification or licensure where required.
- Knowledge of fire protection and life safety systems is also a plus
- Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
- Must be able to lift and move objects 50 lbs up to 100 lbs
- Schedule flexibility including weekends, and holidays
- Work independently
- Strong work ethic
Compensation: $25 hourly
