Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate MDS completion.
Coordinate MDS within a interdisciplinary approach to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained.
Observe direct nursing care, review documentation, care plan formulation and make appropriate recommendations.
Requirements of the MDS Coordinator (RN) Registered Nurse:
Currently licensed as an RN (Registered Nurse) in the State of Florida
Possesses excellent clinical records assessment and documentation skills
Minimum of 2 years experience as an MDS Coordinator
Current CPR
