It's proprietary technology provides a 100% online eviction filing experience to its clients. CourtZip is currently in growth mode, expanding its footprint across the state of Pennsylvania.
Job Description:
CourtZip is hiring a court representative for Landlord Tenant Complaint hearings in the Berks and Montgomery Counties . In addition to our online filing service we also represent property owners and landlords in eviction hearings. The client signs an authorization to represent form and then our agents are able to represent them.
Our court representatives meet with the client virtually prior to the hearing so they have all of the knowledge and documents needed. They then attend the 10-20 minute hearing and should be awarded a judgement from the judge.
This is NOT a full time position and there are no set hours. The majority of all LTC hearings happen between 8:30am and 2:30pm. You must be available during the day and have the flexibility to attend a hearing on a Tuesday and a Wednesday one week and then a Monday, Tues, and Friday the next week. If you do not have this type of flexibility in your schedule please do not apply.
Compensation: $100 per landlord tenant hearing attended
Work Load: approximately 1 - 10 hearings per month.
Requirements:
- Property management experience in some capacity.
- Flexible schedule
- Willing to drive to each court
- Must have a home printer and computer with internet access
- Attention to Detail
- Highly Organized
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Experience having attended landlord tenant complant hearings is highly desired
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 5 per week
