Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales for the Long Term Stay Suites at HALL Park Hotel.
- Identify and target potential clients in need of extended stay accommodations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive occupancy and revenue for the long-term stay suites.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current clients, including corporate accounts and relocation agencies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized solutions to meet client needs.
- Conduct property tours and present the benefits of our Long Term Stay Suites to prospective tenants.
- Collaborate with marketing and reservations teams to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings in the long-term stay sector.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably with a background in real estate, leasing, or property management (condo or apartment rental experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
