- Conducting in-depth quality assurance inspections and providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Developing and managing video-based training programs to enhance team competencies.
- Facilitating workshops and educational initiatives that drive growth and adherence to standards.
- Analyzing data to identify trends and successes while creating detailed reports for leadership.
- Supporting strategic initiatives that align with the company’s objectives.
We’re excited to have you because...
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field (advanced certifications are a plus).
- You have 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance and training within the hospitality industry, especially across multiple properties.
- You bring strong analytical and communication skills, with a knack for presentation and collaboration.
- You excel at managing learning management systems (LMS) and designing effective training curricula.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- You are flexible, independent, and ready to travel extensively with a valid driver’s license.
