Solutions Engineer
JOB SUMMARY
Covalent Solutions (Covalent) is seeking a mission driven, highly motivated and collaborative Solutions Engineers who are truly excited about building great products for the New York City Department of Social Services. As a Solutions Engineer, you will apply your skills to design / implement software to drive projects forward and efficiently meet project and business objectives. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a mission-driven organization.
This opportunity is full-time with Covalent and is on-site in Brooklyn, New York.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to :
Work with the project manager to define success metrics and criteria.
Ensuring the program / project meets success parameters and business objectives stated in the project plan and charter.
Providing transparency and communication on project status and risks to project stakeholders.
Provide sound software solutions throughout the SDLC using various technologies to deliver quality software solutions to the client.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's or Master's in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Work Experience
6 years of experience with Asp.net, C#, Angular JS, Bootstrap, SQl Server 2012.
6 years of experience with Mongo DB, Web APIs and RESTful web / cloud services.
6 years of experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Pivotal Products.
6 years of experience with C ram Enterprise Framework Components, C ram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), C ram Express Rules for Triage (CERT).
6 years of experience in real world delivery.
