About the role
The tire processing Operations Supervisor is responsible for directing overall daily tire processing operations. Priorities include personnel safety, environmental compliance, quality assurance, and testing and control of incoming and outgoing materials. Maintain efficient operations while achieving daily Key Performance Indicators (KPI). This position is responsible for data entry into NetSuite and recording daily activities. Additionally, this role will coach, mentor, and groom direct reports in daily operations, safety, and Reworld's code of ethics.

- Build and champion a strong safety culture to ensure the plant maintains compliance with Reworld's safety, operations, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct monthly safety committee meetings and ensure the site has representation on the region level safety committee.
- Complete monthly safety and compliance audits as required by management.
