Primary function
- Provide medical support to clients under the supervision of nurses. Provide support to nurses with medical and administrative tasks.
Scope of work

- Assist with checking in new clients and providing new client orientation
- Provide medical support to patients including vital signs and urine drug screens.
- Medication observation and inventorying.
- Medication observation and inventorying.
- Provide direct patient care as needed.
- Auditing MAR/MOR.
- Answer phones and collect patient information for
intake.
- Work in the electronic health records system entering
general notes and charting patient information.
- Provide administrative support to the nursing team.

confidentiality.
- Maintain clinical records in accordance with Agency
standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports. Ability to speak effectively. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
