Counselor Master's degree (Adults Outpatient)

As a counselor you will provide clinical intervention and case management for patients at risk for or diagnosed with substance use and/or co-occurring mental health disorders.

Scope of Work

• Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
• Provide case management services for patients.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling as necessary.
• Prepare and maintain clinical records.
• Submit reports as required.
• Participate in clinical staffing and team meetings.
• Make referrals to appropriate resource agencies.
• Provide feedback to resources agencies.
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary.
• Participate in staff development activities.

Education and Experience:

• Master's degree with minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screen prior to start date.

Job Type: Full-time (Nonexempt).
