What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist position at Cove Behavioral Health?
Scope of Work:

- Build and execute traditional and digital marketing and communication strategies through research, benchmarking, messaging, marketing data analysis, and audience identification.
- Gather the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyze materials to determine and execute the most effective communications technique within budget parameters.
- Plan, develop, and execute digital programs and communication campaigns including online advertising, website strategy and design, social media, mobile, and other deliverables. Evaluate success of campaigns when completed.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily or as needed (original text, images, video, and HTML) and manage/ oversee the messaging of various program sites.
- Present design ideas and recommendations to Special Projects Director.
- Build meaningful connections and messaging, drive social media traffic, and encourage community members to engage.
- Assist with, create, and maintain company webpage and social media pages and profiles.
- Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company policies.
- Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar. Report on performance to inform progress toward monthly and annual goals and optimization.
- Track and analyze data analytics, market competition, SEO, and trends to gain insight on traffic, demographics and effectiveness; report and utilize information to generate positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, assist with graphics, and increase reach.
- Develop, manage, and design layouts of communications such as presentations, videos, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, graphics, and brochures.
- Assist with crisis management, negative news, reviews, or communications.
- Monitor trending hashtags and topics while finding unique ways to integrate them into the brand.
- Develop and track monthly data and Return on Investment (ROI) to continuously improve marketing efforts.
- Perform other related duties necessary to accomplish marketing objectives and/or assignments.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (required).
- Strong familiarity with the business applications radio, television, print and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Business Pages, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.). Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns. Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications. Knowledge of project management and web design best practices. Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns. Solid understanding of web metrics and SEOs, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze, problem solve, and interpret data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to pass background and drug screen prior to start date.
Compensation: $19.23 USD per hour.
