SCOPE OF WORK

The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position.

1. Ensure and oversee that BHT tasks are completed as assigned by supervisor.

2. Oversee visitation including family visits, Eckerd, and Rainbow to ensure compliance with proper procedure.

3. Lead and act as liaison between staff and client committee/TC to include meeting with sub-committees as needed.

4. Audit documentation and reports from BHTs to ensure accuracy before submission.

5. Facilitate peer interventions as approved by treatment team.

6. Act as point of contact for client and/or visitor crises and submit incident reports as required.

7. Monitor and chart client behavior and medication.

8. Assist with recreational activities.

9. Transport clients as required.

10. Check house and enforce rules and curfew as required.

11. Monitor urine drug screens.

12. Participate in clinical staffing and team meetings.

13. Provide administrative support as required.

One to Two Years 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports. Ability to speak effectively. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
