What are the responsibilities and job description for the Activities Coordinator position at Cove Communities?
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Provide fantastic customer service
- Flexibility to work shifts (weekends, nights, and holidays)
- Strong teamwork
- Knowledge in sports and activities
- Managing and implementing activities schedule
- Train and can handle POS System
- Willing to work in inclement weather
- All other duties assigned by Activities Lead or Lifestyle Manager
Education & Experience
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Experience in sports and recreation related field preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Results-oriented and solution-focused with a problem-solving attitude
- Team player
- An effective communicator
- Highly organized
- Able to work nights/weekends
- Passionate about sports and recreation
Compensation
- $15 - $17 DOE
