What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Hub Lead position at Cove Communities?
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- To be an Ambassador for Cove Communities and Point Sebago at all times by choosing your attitude each day and committing to a culture of service, hospitality, and accountability.
- To treat all internal and external customers with respect and embrace your role as a problem solver who is committed to continual improvement and exceeding guest expectations by living Cove’s Core Values.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Coordinates with Guest Hub Manager
- Working knowledge of the resort: facilities, layout, programs and product line
- Provide fantastic customer service
- Lead team with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts (weekends, nights, and holidays)
- Strong teamwork
- Knowledge in customer service valued
- Able to handle money & card payments through POS
- Willing to work in inclement weather
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Results-oriented and solution-focused with a problem-solving attitude
- Team player
- An effective communicator
- Highly organized
- Ability to work flexible schedule: nights, weekends and holidays
- Passionate about guest relations
- Basic Computer Skills – Microsoft Office preferred
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must possess superior customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and guests
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office
Compensation
- $17.00 - $18.00 DOE
