What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Cart Attendant position at Cove Communities?
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- To be an Ambassador for Cove Communities and Point Sebago at all times by choosing your attitude each day and committing to a culture of service, hospitality, and accountability.
- To treat all internal and external customers with respect and embrace your role as a problem solver who is committed to continual improvement and exceeding guest expectations by living Cove’s Core Values.
- Greets customers and assists with inquiries.
- Supports and follows Cove Communities and Point Sebago policies at all times.
- Always displays a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Disposing of trash and recyclables left on carts.
- Washing and gassing up Golf Carts.
- Assign carts when necessary.
- Helps manage golf cart availability.
- Inspect all carts and report any damage to the Manager.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must hold a current driver’s license.
- Must have the ability to lift 30lbs.
- Willing to work in inclement weather.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Ability to function well in a high pace, sometimes high stress environment.
- Nights, weekends and holidays are required.
Compensation
- $15.00-$1600 DOE
