Position Overview:
As a Front Office Treatment Coordinator at Cove Dental of Greer, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients have a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating treatment plans, managing patient records, and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment book efficiently.
- Verify and update patient information, insurance, and medical history.
- Discuss treatment options, financial arrangements, and insurance coverage with patients.
- Coordinate and communicate treatment plans with the clinical team.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Collect and process payments and insurance claims.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Dental office experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with dental software (experience with EagleSoft is a plus).
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processing.
- Friendly and compassionate demeanor with a passion for patient care.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
