**What You'll Do:**
The Service Dispatcher will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our service department. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks, facilitating communication within the team, and providing support to different departments as manpower needs fluctuate. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, can work on their own with minimal supervision on a variety of tasks and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
**The Details:**
- Answer incoming calls and dispatch electricians as required.
- Follow-up on estimates, project opportunities and open service department accounts receivables.
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including coordinating permits, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage the office calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events as needed.
- Assist in the coordination of office projects, ensuring timely completion and maintaining accurate records. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, vendor information, and inventory.
- Assist in coordinating with vendors and suppliers, ensuring prompt delivery of goods and services to our office. Assist Purchasing Agent with office supplies and inventory management, ensuring the office is adequately stocked.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring the space is well-maintained and welcoming to visitors.
- Communicate effectively with the team, vendors, and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records as needed.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.

- Proven experience in an office environment with a strong focus on administrative support.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
