What are the responsibilities and job description for the Craft Cocktail Bartender position at Cove Kitchen + Bar?
Cove Kitchen Bar, an elevated casual dining experience opening on Clearwater Beach, is looking for Bartenders who have a passion for hospitality and enjoy making craft cocktails. As a restaurant we believe providing an authentic hospitality experience, individualized to guests, is as key to our success as offering amazing cocktails and food. We encourage those who welcome the detail and mastery that comes with making inhouse ingredients and creating craft cocktails to apply.
Requirements
· 2 years in bartending (preferably at a craft or elevated/ fine dining establishment)
· 3 years in the hospitality industry
· Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
· Passion for creating a memorable guest experience
· Ability to thrive and communicate in a team-oriented environment
· Eagerness to be creative
· Attention to detail and cleanliness
Physical requirements include: long hours on your feet walking/standing, pushing/pulling up to 75 pounds and carrying/lifting up to 30 pounds unassisted, ability to push and pull full beer kegs unassisted, frequent bending and reaching overhead.
