Administrative Clerk
Job Summary:
Cove-Side Wheel & Ski Inc. is a family owned and operated business since 1968. We are looking for a qualified, outgoing staff member to join our 30 hours a week as an Administrative Clerk to perform a variety of clerical, recordkeeping, and customer service tasks to assist with the smooth operation of the office.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greets and directs clients and visitors.
- Performs data entry and filing tasks for sales receipts, and completed sales packages.
- Edits and updates basic website and online advertising
- General administrative tasks i.e. copies, collates, and otherwise prepares reports for mailings, meetings, and other filings.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to greet visitors, clients, and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Performs a wide variety of administrative and clerical duties to assist with the smooth operation of the office; from typing documents, preparing spreadsheets, assembling reports, processing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Ability to type at least 50 wpm.
- Ability to proofread.
- Social Media/online advertising and website management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software i.e. QuickBooks and Commander.
- Basic understanding of office equipment.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and/or as a team member to identify and solve problems
- Ability to work with many diverse people.
- Effective telephone skills.
Education and Experience:
- High school graduate.
- 1 year of clerical work experience preferred.

· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time, and talk and hear. Vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to read multiple handwritings.

- Work Schedule: Tues - Fri 7:45A-5P and Sat 7:45A-Noon - We are a retail location and at times our job duties require we stay after hours.

Work is performed in a busy retail office environment with many interruptions. This is an active, fast-paced position with short deadlines.
