Position Overview:

Join our prestigious team at The Coveleigh Club , where we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional dining experience to our members. As a Server, you will play an integral role in delivering top-notch service in an upscale, friendly, and welcoming environment. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals while ensuring every guest receives personalized, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

-Greet and welcome members and guests with a positive attitude.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver items in a timely manner.

- Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and upcoming events to assist members with their choices.

- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and always welcoming.

-Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guests needs and resolving any issues promptly.

- Work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

- Process transactions through POS 

-Uphold all food safety and hygiene standards.

- Collaborate with fellow team members to create a positive and professional atmosphere.

Qualifications

Requirements:

-Previous experience in food service, preferably in an upscale or country club setting.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness and organization.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly, positive attitude.

-Flexible schedule; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

-Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and fine dining service is a plus.
