What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage staffing plans to meet department needs
- Support the Director of Nursing
- Conduct rounds to evaluate the quality of care and address any issues
- Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Respond to and resolve complaints from residents, families, and staff
- Deliver regular reports and recommendations to the Executive Director
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the care team
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to maintain high standards of care
What You’ll Bring:
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in long-term care or working with geriatric populations
- Proven ability to supervise and mentor staff effectively
