Position Highlights:
- Flexible schedule: 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule with 7 consecutive days off every other week
- Comprehensive dental care: Routine exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, dentures, and more
- Collaborative team model: Work alongside a dental assistant team and rotate with other dentists
- Patient-centered approach: Focus on prevention, education, and long-term oral health outcomes
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $180,000 annually
- Productivity Bonus: $13.33 per billable encounter
- Health Insurance: 100% coverage for employee and dependents

What You’ll Need:
- D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school
- Active California dental license
- Strong clinical skills in restorative, pediatric, and preventive dentistry
- Passion for serving underserved populations
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
