- What You’ll Do :
- Provide rapid assessment, triage, and emergency interventions
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and advanced life support
- Monitor vital signs and respond quickly to critical situations
- Collaborate with physicians, trauma teams, and specialists for immediate patient care
- Educate patients and families on post-emergency care and treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and emergency protocols
- What You’ll Need :
- Active Illinois RN license and BLS certification (required)
- ACLS and PALS certifications (preferred)
- 2 years of ER nursing experience
- Bachelor’s in Nursing (preferred)
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced situations
