- What You'll Do :
- Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a welcoming pharmacy experience.
- Dispense and verify prescriptions while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Administer immunizations in accordance with state guidelines.
- Supervise Pharmacy Technicians and Interns to support daily operations.
- Ensure medication safety by identifying interactions and counseling patients.
- Assist with clinical services, promotions, and recall protocols.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, HIPAA regulations, and safety standards.
- Qualifications for this Staff Pharmacist role include :
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
- PharmD, Bachelor's in Pharmacy, or recognized foreign equivalent.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
