- What You'll Do :
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Dispense medications accurately and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Administer immunizations in accordance with state guidelines.
- Oversee Pharmacy Technicians and Interns to maintain a high-functioning team.
- Conduct clinical services and compound medications with precision.
- Monitor and ensure quality assurance, controlled substance security, and adherence to safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with company policies.
- What You’ll Bring :
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or recognized foreign equivalent.
- Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to handle confidential information.
