Covelo Group is hiring Occupational Therapists (OT) to provide essential therapy services to students in grades K–12.
In this impactful role, you’ll help students enhance their motor skills, sensory abilities, and self-care capabilities, empowering them to succeed in and out of the classroom.

- What You’ll Do as a School-Based OT :
- Provide occupational therapy services based on students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Assess students’ developmental abilities and track their progress.
- Develop and recommend OT interventions to support students’ academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school administrators to create effective IEPs.
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to ensure quality care.
- Travel to multiple campuses as needed to perform evaluations or provide services.
- Qualifications for this School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) role include :
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a Master’s in occupational therapy.
- California occupational therapy licensure.
- Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Prior school-based OT experience (preferred but not required).
