Covenant Annapolis MSO, LLC is seeking a skilled Medical Billing Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle management department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate collection of revenue from insurance companies, facility programs, and patients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing operations and third-party billing policies and procedures. You will be responsible for organizing and assigning daily workflow within the team, reading and evaluating healthcare receivables reports, and identifying trends.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other medical professionals.
As a successful candidate, you will be able to use personal computer software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and email functions. You will also have experience with practice management systems and clearinghouses, preferably G-Med.
