Covenant Building Maintenance, a commercial cleaning company dedicated to keeping the buildings of our clients properly cleaned and maintained, is accepting applications for full-time Floor Maintenance Technicians (Project Workers).
Floor Maintenance Technicians (Project Workers):
- Must be willing to work evenings/nights (2nd shift) and weekends when needed;
- Must be at least 18 years of age;
- Must have a valid driver’s license and their own reliable vehicle; floor maintenance technicians will be required to drive company vehicles to multiple buildings a night, being compensated for travel time between locations.
Must be able to successfully pass a background check;
- Must be able to strip, wax, and buff floors, clean carpet, and/ or willing to learn all aspects of floor care (experience not required, will train);
- Must be detailed, energetic, thorough, and able to perform work in a timely manner;
- Must be dependable, detailed oriented, and possess a positive attitude;
- Will be required to watch training videos, and will complete a training process.
Starting Rate of Pay: $17.50/hr.
