We are looking for compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on respite care, ensuring that the needs of clients are met while maintaining their safety in both home and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer direct support to clients, assisting with daily living activities and personal care.
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for clients in both home and community settings.
- Collaborate with clients and their families to understand specific needs and preferences.
- Maintain communication with supervisors and team members regarding client care.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience (required).
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
- Ability to pass a background check.
Work Schedule:
- Available positions: Full-time, Part-time, and Contract.
- Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, and Weekends as needed.
