What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Mental Health Clinician position at Covenant Case Management Services?
Covenant Case Management Services is excited to invite a licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team as we expand our services to better support the families we serve. In conjunction with the launch of our innovative Brain Health Program, we seek a dedicated professional to provide expert mental health services to our clients. This program is centered on developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that utilize a variety of modalities to naturally enhance brain function and promote overall mental well-being. Emphasizing behavior modification through evidence-based strategies such as mindfulness, nutrition, exercise, meditation, and beyond, our goal is to foster lasting, positive changes for our clients.
What You Will Do | Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to assess, diagnose, and help implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct mental health assessments and therapy sessions via telehealth.
- Document session notes accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Collaborate with other care team members to coordinate treatment.
- Develop and tailor strategies to improve clients’ mental health outcomes.
- Serve as a resource for clients seeking support between sessions.
- Lead group workshops and educational seminars for clients and their families.
- Complete in-house training on Brain Mapping and Neurofeedback to incorporate these modalities into clinical practice.
- Participate in the ongoing evaluation and modification of treatment plans as needed.
Education & Licenses:
- Valid licensure as a Mental Health Clinician in North Carolina (e.g., LPC, LCSW, PsyD).
- Relevant educational background supporting clinical practice and mental health treatment.
What We Are Looking For | Qualifications
- Licensed in the state of North Carolina (PsyD preferred).
- Ability to practice independently without supervision from another licensed clinician.
- 2 years of clinical experience is preferred.
- Strong background and education in Behavioral Neuroscience is a plus.
- Commitment to a multi-modality approach to mental health improvement.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Experience with Brain Mapping and Neurofeedback is a plus.
- Flexible work schedule to accommodate client availability.
- Willingness to become credentialed with various insurance panels.

Location | Travel
- Hybrid work environment with on-site requirements.
- This role requires completing tasks in a remote setting that is conducive and efficient. The chosen location must have stable internet, a quiet environment, and be HIPAA Compliant.
- The employee must have reliable transportation for quarterly meetings and other in-person events and meetings.
