Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide Supported Employment and Community Living Services for individuals with intellectual disabilities. You will play a crucial role in assisting individuals in achieving their employment goals and maintaining a fulfilling and independent lifestyle.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship.
- Assist individuals with job search and application processes.
- Provide on-the-job training and support.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, including those with seizure disorders, preferred but not required.
- Experience with seizure disorders preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
