Position Summary : Covenant Case Management Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Day Program DSP to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with disabilities. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our members.
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in a day program setting.
- Implement individualized support plans.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Facilitate recreational and leisure activities.
- Transport members to and from appointments and outings.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
