This position is for the full academic year open only to enrolled upperclassmen. Freshmen are not eligible for this position.
Expected hours of work per week : 10-15

KG-115; Mon- Fri; 8am-4 : 30pm
Purpose
To assist in the process of making library and Covenant College Archive materials available to the Covenant community.

Assist in book processingPerform clerical acquisition dutiesPerform clerical interlibrary loan dutiesDeliver and retrieve mail from the mailroomOrganize archival materialsDigitize archival materialsCheck digitized archival materialsRepresent the College well when interacting with patronsFulfill all other duties assigned by the Associate Director of Library Services.Resume skills development

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. Students will be trained and develop skills in professional office behavior as well as developing competencies with computer programs listed in the job qualifications.
