**Expected Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Lead team in absence of Facilities Services Building Coordinator.
- Monitor and maintain buildings during snow days and floods.
- Report any problems in the area to Facilities Services Building Coordinator.
- Train and schedule Mark 10:45 workers.
- Be a model employee.
- Direct workers during 2nd shift.
- Coordinate extra workers for special projects and events.
- Assist with creation and implementation of task lists, schedules, etc.
