Key Responsibilities
- Enter stock issues into the HMS system
- Label all items in the supply storeroom correctly and timely
- Pull and dispense orders for Par Carts, Case Carts, walk-up orders, etc.
- Deliver inbound shipments to end-user departments as needed
- Aid in cycle count and physical inventory processes as directed
- Receive and sign for inbound deliveries from vendors
- Enter receipt transactions using the HMS system
- Near and orderly restock warehouse shelves
- Recommend warehouse space allocation changes to management staff
- Accountable for accuracy of on-hand balances of stock held in inventory
- Provide training and education to peer staff on topics such as stock issues, receiving, labeling, etc.
- Communicate professionally with customers and support personnel via phone or in-person
Qualifications
Minimum Education: None specified; will accept any combination of formal education and/or prior work experience sufficient to demonstrate possession of the knowledge, skill, and ability needed to perform the essential tasks of the job.
Previous Experience in Healthcare Materials Management preferred.
