Job Details
Registered Nurse position at Covenant Health Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
Must be able to pass EKG testing before the start date.
Auto Offer - BI-WEEKLY ORIENTATIONS.
Ratio : (1 : 4-5) / Float Required.
Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend or 2 weekends per month.
Job Requirements

ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (required for specific units)
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (required for specific units)
NIH Stroke Certification (required for all RN candidates)
State License Verification (required within 30 days of start date)
NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP) (required within 30 days of start date)
Schedule Information
