Job Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant performs basic patient care by assisting in the treatment and care of patients under the direction of a licensed nurse.
Requirements
- Texas Nurse Aide certification from the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services or New Mexico Nurse Aide certification from the New Mexico Department of Health is required upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association is also required upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred.
