Job Description:
As an Acute Care RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our emergency department. Your specialized training and experience will enable you to deliver world-class healthcare with human connection, making a difference every day through your extraordinary care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients according to established nursing standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, medications, and treatments.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year RN experience.
