Responsibilities
- Perform ultrasound procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating illness and disease.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine the best course of treatment.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
- Course study in diagnostic ultrasound or equivalent education/experience.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography within 1 year of hire, or National Registered Technologist - Sonography within 1 year of hire, or New Mexico Medical Imaging & Radiation Therapy Program License upon hire - if practicing within this state.
