Greeter/Guest Services Liaison is responsible for ensuring that every person entering Covenant Medical Center is greeted and that visitors and patients are offered assistance as appropriate so that everyone feels important and welcome. As a part of our Guest Services department, this role will work with the staff to maintain efficient operations and ensure excellent customer experience. The Guest Services teams helps with walking and wayfinding for our guests. They are responsible to respond to any non-clinical needs identified by staff, patients and visitors to better the experience of our guests. The guest services team is responsible for engaging and seeking out opportunities to create sacred encounters for our guests.

Required Qualifications:

• Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
• 2 years Texas (Class C) Driver's License and proof of insurance per company policy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year customer service-related experience.
