Job Description
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association).
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate (NIH Stroke Scale Training Course) within 90 days of hire.
- A minimum of 1 year of RN experience in acute care settings.
