PATIENT EXPERIENCE MANAGER

The starting rate for this position is: $19.55/hr

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Director of Quality and in collaboration with VP of Patient Care Services and the Clinical leaders, leads the patient experience program at St. Joseph Healthcare. This position collaborates with colleagues across St. Joseph Healthcare and Covenant Healthcare for Patient Experience to assure consistent approach to improving patient experience. The patient experience manager identifies organizational opportunities to provide positive experiences and orchestrates the implementation of the St Joseph’s Hospital Experience Model to ensure that everyone delivers a consistent, mission-inspired experience.

Requirements

Education - Four year college (Bachelor’s Degree) Preferred

Certification(s): Certification in Patient Experience within 2 years of hire
